Judicial          DETAILS

Committee Head: Kevin Matkaiti

The Judicial Committee is in charge of upholding and implementing the Chapter By-Laws.  It handles disciplinary action or fines that are imposed on those who do not follow the by-laws.  The Judicial Committee is also responsible for updating the by-laws when any changes need to be made, and to ensure that each member receives a copy every year.  The committee consists of the WKRS, WKF, and one member from each class who is elected their first year and serves on the committee all four years.  All committee members should be thoroughly acquainted with the Chapter By-Laws and the Phi Delta Chi constitution.
