The Theta chapter house is a place where Phi Delta Chi's live and hang out.  There are 14 pharmacy students who live here.  The Theta Chapter house has off-street parking, individual rooms, a study room, reference materials, an all-new test file, DSL wireless internet, cable TV, laundry, a full kitchen, ping pong, foosball, and very reasonable rental rates.  Within the past years, many improvements have been made to the house.  The exterior looks very different with new paint, siding, and letters.  Room rental is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis primarily to pharmacy students.
